The importance of free time
We attach great importance to the quality of life of our employees. To enable everyone to manage their personal, administrative, medical or family obligations, we provide a bank of leave that is renewed each year. New employees benefit from 3 weeks of paid leave from the start. As seniority increases, leave also accumulates.
